You may have already learned that I specialize in nutrition and lifestyle for healthy aging, as well as nutritional guidance during the menopause years.

*What you will not hear during this chat is a sales pitch. Because a chat is not supposed to be a trap but a conversation. A wee disclosure: I enjoy talking to people and discussing relevant nutrition and health, but I dislike the ‘making sales’ mentality like the plague. I  want you to walk into any future appointments with the reassurance that you chose the right thing for yourself.

My services

1. Nutrition consulting 1:1

During the initial appointment we review the forms I send you once you book the first visit, and we will have an in-depth discussion about your short and long-term goals. You will then receive an assessment and recommendations which you will get via email, as well as infographics, worksheets and other useful materials. Then we move on to the next session and so on. You have access as needed to me via text or email during the time we work together.

2. Speaking and group coaching sessions

If you are looking to have your team sit down and enjoy a talk on nutrition and lifestyle habits for healthy aging or menopause, please reach out and we can chat about the details.

3. Writing

I have been writing professionally for a long time on various topics, focusing mostly on health, parenting and the environment.
