After going through either package, you can opt to continue with the same, or book individual sessions as you see fit (I recommend spacing them at one per month, as it helps with accountability and keeping healthy routines in place).

The details:

  • Initial appointment: I will review your health status based on the intake forms you would have filled and sent back to me, dietary habits, and lifestyle during our 60-minute appointment, as well as all the other forms I will have sent by email for you to fill before our session. After the session, I will provide a nutrition health assessment (the health roadmap) plus recipes and worksheets.
  • The 3/4 Months Restart and 5/6 Months Transform packages: These packages allow us to get started on working towards your better health. You can start implementing changes after we have our initial appointment, but having at least two follow-up appointments (3 Months Package) will provide you with the support you need as you get started on your health journey. Also, having unlimited email support during the time you’re reshaping your nutrition habits will keep you on the right track, which is ultimately what you are hoping to achieve and what you are investing in, both financially and time-wise.
  • Optional single 1-hour or 1/2h appointment ($110/$55): You can book these one at a time, as many or as few as you like, once we have finished the work included with either package.
