Yields 15 cookies, but you can play with the size and final number of cookies 😊
Ingredients:
3 bananas, mashed
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup almond butter
1/3 cup peanut butter (any other nut or seed butter works too)
1 scoop unsweetened hemp protein powder
1 tbsp flax seeds, ground and mixed with 3 tbsp of water (set aside for a few minutes)
1/4 cup cocoa (always go for fair-trade, if possible, good karma matters!)
Optional: 1/4 cup chunks of dark chocolate (same as above, the karma thing)
1/3 cup hemp seeds (can be pumpkin, chopped walnuts or pecans)
Method:
Preheat the oven to 350F. Combine all ingredients, mix well, and use a spoon (or ice cream scoop) to place dough blobs on the parchment-lined cookie sheet. Flatten them with a fork and sprinkle hemp seeds on top, and/or nuts (see photo). Bake for 20-25 minutes and allow to cool on a rack. Enjoy!
