Let me explain: I am a bit of an introvert and while I enjoy talking to people, I dislike the ‘making sales’ mentality. I adhere wholeheartedly to a ‘creating relationships’ philosophy instead. I want you walk into future appointments, however many there will be, knowing you made the right choice.
Your options
Once you have decided that I can help you with your health goals, there are a few different options:
- Single appointments: 60-minute, book as you go or get a multi-appointment package. I recommend that you sign up for more than one, because implementing change and seeing results as we do so will not happen right away. Once we get a rhythm going and you feel confident to take it from there, you can always continue on your own and only reach out. - A package that includes multiple appointments, which you can space out as you see fit. Please see the booking calendar to get started.
Before choosing either option, there is a 60-minute initial appointment which gives us a chance to explore your present and future health journey together. Also through the booking calendar.
This initial appointment includes reviewing the forms I would have sent to you once you book the visit, an in-depth discussion of where you are and what your goals are health-wise followed by an assessment and follow-up recommendations which you will get via email.
