Anti-aging is a fool’s errand, in my opinion. After all, as Marv Levy said, ‘Age is inevitable. Aging isn’t.’
Healthy aging, on the other hand, while doing our best to build strong, resilient bodies and minds, now that’s something worth pursuing. So that’s what I do.
